There isn’t a person in the world who would turn down the chance to learn from Elon Musk. Our top 6 learnings from this great leader are:

1. Have a Dream:  As per him, “The first step is to establish that something is possible; then probability will occur.” Love your future, create dreams, and start living for them. This will bring excitement into your life. 
2. Be Unreasonable: Never let reality crush your dreams and creativity. Your dreams should be your North Star. Elon Musk has a collection of futuristic and unreasonable ideas like electric vehicles, the underground superfast transport system in the US, reusable rocket or establishing a colony at Mars. They all sound absurd on the first go. One of my favourite quotes comes from George Bernard Shaw, who noted: “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.” Please think about that idea. I suggest it’s a big one.
3. Execute the Idea:  As Steve Jobs said: “ideas are worth nothing unless executed. They are just a multiplier. Execution is worth millions”. Action is the most important. One of the Entrepreneur mindset qualities is – You get an Idea, and in a few days, it is executed.  
4. Have a Backup Plan: Always have a backup plan. If your plan-A isn’t working, adjust your plan -B. You should have everything that should delay a potential defeat. A person who wins is the person who keeps delaying the defeat.
5. Focus on Quality: While executing your idea, watch the microscopic details that will make a big difference. Therefore, quality should be your habit, not an action.
6. Run your Business as a Start-up: Use your resources to the optimum. Develop an ambidextrous workforce. Have an organisational structure to bring agility in taking decisions.
