Iman is a Master Trainer, a certified EQ (Emotional Intelligence), Coach and Mentor.  She is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) by the Educational Institute of the American Hotels and Lodging Association, and a Certified Train-the-Trainer coach by the Institute of Leadership (ILM), UK. 

She was appointed by the commission of Institution-wide Accreditation, Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in USA, and was a leading member for the assessment & accreditation of American schools in Egypt, Kuwait & Bahrain.

Iman is a professional educator. She managed the Learning and Development program for a major 5-star hotel in the UAE, created the training content for eminent UAE authorities, and taught many subjects to a host of companies in the region. She is a University teacher, including Masters level classes and taught at the American University of Dubai. 

Iman was a founding member of the Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi; she was a principle player in working with the Ministry of Education to strengthen the Sorbonne as an educational institution in the UAE. She held the position as the head of student recruitment and admission department. She developed and was responsible for language educational programs including Master Degree level.

She taught languages and culture for expat employees of international companies and embassies. She is also a professional Master of Ceremony, and chaired several committees for curriculum assessment throughout her career. Iman organized and was the Master of Ceremony for numerous events in education and for the French Embassy.

Iman was recognized by leadership of several international institutions, such as Tuft University, whose Dean personally acknowledged her for her influence on the career path of prospective students. 

Iman is a graduate of the University of Rouen, France, with a Master Degree in Education. She also holds a Master degree in French language and Comparative Literature and a Bachelor degree in French Language and Literature.  She is an eloquent public speaker and presenter.
