She has led the Housekeeping functions of Babylos Hospitality as a Group Director of Housekeeping and also led the Housekeeping functions of some famous hotel brands like – Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina, Rotana, Dunes Hotel Apartments, Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, New Africa Hotel & Casino (Tanzania), Thistle Tower Hotel (London), Khiran Resort (Kuwait) and The Park Hotels (Delhi, India).

With experience spanning different regions, including the Middle East, Africa, and London, Minakshi’s work in various settings, such as five and four-star hotels, resorts, and residential properties, has provided her with a unique and diverse perspective on the industry.
