Tripat is a hospitality enthusiast, passionate Trainer, Coach and EQ Fellow – credited with 21 + years’ experience in Learning & Development (L&D) Department. He has worked with the hospitality brands like Raj Vilas an Oberoi Hotel (India) Burj-Al-Arab, Wild Wadi, Rotana Hotels, Millennium Hotels, & Kerzner International, Dubai.
Tripat has led the L&D functions from the Corporate Office of Rotana (managed 52 properties), Millennium (managed 42 properties) and Kerzner (managed 2 Atlantis worldwide and 9 One&Only properties).
Tripat has opened more than 40 + hotels in MENA and Turkey region and has set L&D and HR structure from scratch. During this time, he developed and implemented HR and L&D policies.
In addition to designing soft skills training libraries for these impressive hospitality chains, Tripat has trained VPs, GMs, department heads, and entry-level colleagues. He is a master at aligning your personnel and operational needs and delivering fun, energetic, and engaging workshops for all levels of hierarchy.
Tripat is an architect of Millennium Hotel’s ‘TooMooH’, “a fast-track talent development programme” that supports, trains and empowers the talent of GCC nationals looking to develop a long career within the hospitality sector.
He has a wealth of regional & international experience in developing and delivering emotional intelligence-based customer service, sales, presentation skills, leadership capabilities, and coaching & mentoring skills programmes.
In addition, Tripat designs and delivers top-of-the-line programmes related to new world soft skills, such as Accountability, Happiness, Communication and Collaboration, Trust, Building Your Personal Brand, etc., that are engaging and effective for top executives, entry-level employees, teachers, and students.
Qualifications: MA in HRM (CIPD), Brain-Based Certified Coach(ICF), EQ Fellow- Six Seconds, Register Assessor and Master Trainer – Group Training and On-Job Training.
