About Me
Dr. Dany Chakhtoura specializes in Sales Techniques, Leadership and Management Courses. ADNOC Distribution (UAE) and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi were among the first organizations to adopt the custom-made Advanced Sales Techniques course delivered over two years to more than 2,000 sales representatives in each organization.
He also delivers teambuilding events focusing on communication, collaboration, growth mindset, and problem-solving. Dr. Dani deeply understands the principles, benefits, and application of the growth mindset in team dynamics.
Internationally, Dr. Dany has delivered these types of trainings internationally in both English and Arabic since 2010 to more than 23 companies. Among these are Qatar National Bank (QNB), Saudi Investment Bank (SIB), Saudi Airlines, MTN Telecommunications (Sudan), Yemen Int TeleCommunication, Wintershall Holding GmbH (Libya), DEWA, Shrajah Police and many more.
Dr. Dany has over 21 years of professional experience in the GCC in marketing and advertising, organizational development, banking, and finance.
Dr. Dany has also earned certificates in Managerial Leadership: Motivating Employees, Strategic Decision Making: Making the Right Decision, Strategic Management: Analyzing Strategic Options and Establishing Strategic Focus.
Dr. Dany holds several professional certifications, including ISO9001 certified lead auditor and Professional Certified Trainer – Practitioner by Canada Global Center.
He is also a Member of the Project Management Institute Global, an Affiliate Member of the International Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) and Lifetime member of the International Advertising Association (IAA).
