Dinesh is an enthusiastic Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history spanning over 18 years within the Middle East with well-known and established organisations in the hospitality and leisure industry.
The hotel brands he has worked on include Jumeirah, Wild Wadi, Rotana, and Millennium, and he has been involved in planning and implementing a variety of human resources, learning and quality initiatives.
The fact that he is heavily involved in operations adds value to his ability to understand all departments’ business needs and requirements. Dinesh specialises in creating Brand Manuals, SOPs, Supporting the development of competency frameworks and implementing HR-related activities to build a strong brand culture and engaged workforce.
