With 19+ years of experience as a housekeeping enthusiast, Daniella has accumulated a wealth of housekeeping knowledge. In addition to working with famous hospitality brands, she has a strong understanding of the latest trends in the hospitality industry.
She has experience in royal practices through her role as House Supervisor at the VIP Family Abu Dhabi by Armed Forces Officers Club.
With a great passion for housekeeping, she has a strong business acumen and has an active commitment to continuous quality improvement and maintaining high standards of service. She possesses effective coaching techniques to provide constructive feedback and help employees improve their performance and learn.
Daniella possesses a keen eye for detail and is able to instill this quality in her trainees to maintain high standards of cleanliness. She has in-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in housekeeping. Daniella is well-versed in hygiene and sanitation standards, including health and safety regulations. She specializes in efficiently managing training sessions, ensuring that trainees have enough time to practice and learn. Daniella is aware that trainees may have varying levels of experience and learning styles, and she demonstrates the ability to be patient and empathetic in her approach to training.
