About Me
Minakshi’s dedication to the art of housekeeping is truly inspiring. With over 20 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge gained through working with top hospitality brands, she has become a true master of her craft. Her commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry is a testament to her passion for excellence.
She has led the Housekeeping functions of Babylos Hospitality as a Group Director of Housekeeping and also led the Housekeeping functions of some famous hotel brands like – Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina, Rotana, Dunes Hotel Apartments, Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, New Africa Hotel & Casino (Tanzania), Thistle Tower Hotel (London), Khiran Resort (Kuwait) and The Park Hotels (Delhi, India).
With experience spanning different regions, including the Middle East, Africa, and London, Minakshi’s work in various settings, such as five and four-star hotels, resorts, and residential properties, has provided her with a unique and diverse perspective on the industry. Her invaluable insights from diverse background are a source of inspiration for aspiring trainees.
She has a tremendous passion for housekeeping, and with her expertise, she has successfully established more than 15 hotels (pre-opening) while instilling housekeeping fundamentals. She has developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the mentioned brands and has trained her colleagues with effective coaching techniques to provide constructive feedback and enhance their learning experience.
Minakshi’s leadership skills inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness. Her keen eye for detail instils this quality in her trainees. With her expertise in managing training sessions, she ensures that all trainees get ample time to practice and learn. She shows patience and empathy in her training approach, understanding that trainees may have different levels of experience and learning styles.
